A self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, Make a Wave co-founder Ryan Frusti has been building businesses from the bottom-up since the launch of his first company, a construction firm, at the ripe age of 25. Just a few years later, fate intervened when the housing market crashed and Ryan began to brainstorm new possibilities, eventually returning to school to dive deep into his long-time passion, digital marketing. Possessing a knack for noticing opportunities and the know-how to subsequently make them realities, Ryan (alongside his wife, Nicholeen) soon picked up on the potential of then-newly emerging Facebook and began to host Facebook for Small Business classes, thus launching his career as a wave-maker. 

Evidenced by his first endeavors into entrepreneurship, Ryan is what we at Make a Wave like to call a Professional Problem Solver. Since those humble beginnings, Ryan has worked his way through every marketing department imaginable, each experience lending him the intricate knowledge he uses today to guide our team of seven professionals in utilizing our individual strengths to enrich the lives of everyone we work with. Even so, Ryan maintains that in the ten years since forming Make a Wave, no project has ever felt like work, but rather an inherently rewarding opportunity that gets him excited to get out of bed in the morning.
